Building Better Learning Environments: AWB Co.’s End-to-End Service for Education
AWB Co. provides comprehensive facility services to the health sector, supporting hospitals, medical centres, and clinics with a full-service model that spans design and engineering, reactive and preventative maintenance, and capital upgrade projects. Our recent refurbishment of the Bentley Midwifery Birth Centre demonstrates our ability to deliver sensitive, high-compliance works in live healthcare environments, while our ongoing contract with Health Support Services (HSS) covers multi-trade building and maintenance services across various WA health sites. With in-house licensed trades and a robust subcontractor network, AWB ensures responsive, safe, and scalable service delivery that allows health providers to focus on patient care while we manage the infrastructure that supports it.
Highgate Primary School
AWB was awarded the contract to deliver landscaping and external works upgrades at Highgate Primary School, engaged by Spotless Facility Services. The project aimed to transform the senior terrace area into a safe, interactive outdoor space for students, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics. AWB successfully delivered a compliant and engaging environment tailored to school requirements, with all works completed to specification and in coordination with site operations.

Environmental & Site Controls
Dust suppression, noise mitigation, waste management, and secure site access to protect people and property.
Final Clearance & Occupancy Certification
Coordination with Licensed Asbestos Assessors and Occupational Hygienists to obtain clearance certificates and occupancy permits before re-entry.
Defect Rectification & Handover
Final inspections, punch list resolution, and delivery of completion documentation including warranties and maintenance guidance.
