Empowering Accessibility: AWB Co.’s Commitment to Disability and NDIS Services
AWB Co. was founded with a core focus on accessibility and disability modification works, aligning with the launch of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and supporting providers, consultants, and occupational therapists across Western Australia. Today, AWB delivers end-to-end facility services for the disability sector—from design and engineering through to reactive and preventative maintenance and capital upgrades—creating safe, inclusive, and compliant environments for people living with disability. Our in-house trades and project teams are experienced in accessibility modifications including ramps, bathrooms, kitchens, and sensory spaces, and we offer flexible engagement models to suit both residential and commercial settings. With a strong commitment to compliance and community impact, AWB continues to partner with NDIS providers and non-profits to deliver meaningful infrastructure that supports independence and wellbeing.
Gin Gin Primary School
AWB was awarded the contract to deliver accessible ramp upgrades and an ACROD parking bay at Gingin District High School, engaged by Spotless Facility Services. The project aimed to improve accessibility and compliance with disability access standards across key areas of the school. AWB successfully delivered safe, functional, and regulation-compliant infrastructure tailored to site requirements, with all works completed to specification and in coordination with the client’s representative.

Engaging and managing licensed trades and specialists, including asbestos removalists, concreters, roofers, and civil contractors.
Live Environment Management
Delivering works in operational schools, hospitals, offices, and public spaces with minimal disruption to occupants and services.
Environmental & Site Controls
Dust suppression, noise mitigation, waste management, and secure site access to protect people and property.
Final Clearance & Occupancy Certification
Coordination with Licensed Asbestos Assessors and Occupational Hygienists to obtain clearance certificates and occupancy permits before re-entry.
Defect Rectification & Handover
Final inspections, punch list resolution, and delivery of completion documentation including warranties and maintenance guidance.
