AWB Co has proudly developed a Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) to reinforce our commitment to Indigenous engagement and reconciliation, which has received formal endorsement.

Our Journey Toward Reconciliation
AWB is deeply committed to Reconciliation Australia’s national reconciliation movement and we are continuously working to evolve our RAP from the “Reflect” stage to “Elevate”, ensuring that our efforts lead to real, lasting change.
Over the past few years, we have invested time and resources into better understanding Aboriginal Australia and how we can contribute to meaningful progress.
