AWB was awarded the contract to deliver internal fit-out and refurbishment works for Cordon Bleu, engaged by Spotless Facility Services. The project aimed to transform an open-plan office into a functional, multi-use educational and administrative space, including classrooms, offices, and staff amenities. AWB successfully delivered a modernised and fully integrated facility tailored to operational and teaching requirements, with all works completed to specification and ahead of schedule.

Scope Summary

• AWB carried out demolition of the existing layout, followed by construction of new metalwork, partitions, suspended ceilings, and joinery. The fit-out included two classrooms, offices, a staff kitchen, and toilet facilities. A major component of the project was the comprehensive upgrade of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Additional works included installation of communications and audio-visual infrastructure, such as interactive data points, speakers, and touch screens. Carpentry, glazing, plumbing, tiling, flooring, and painting were also completed as part of the refurbishment.
• The project was delivered over a 7-week period—completed 3 weeks ahead of schedule—on time and on budget, with zero lost time injuries (LTIs) and full alignment with Spotless Facility Services’ expectation
