Project Overview
AWB Co. was engaged by Castlereagh College to deliver a targeted refurbishment project, with a scope that included the upgrade of toilet facilities and associated structural works. The project involved demolition, plumbing and electrical modifications, installation of new fixtures, and compliance upgrades to meet accessibility and safety standards. AWB coordinated the procurement and delivery of long-lead items, managed subcontractor performance, and ensured quality control through site supervision and project administration. The works were delivered within a live school environment, requiring careful planning and communication to minimize disruption and maintain operational continuity.

Dust suppression, noise mitigation, waste management, and secure site access to protect people and property.
Final Clearance & Occupancy Certification
Coordination with Licensed Asbestos Assessors and Occupational Hygienists to obtain clearance certificates and occupancy permits before re-entry.
Defect Rectification & Handover
Final inspections, punch list resolution, and delivery of completion documentation including warranties and maintenance guidance.
