Stirling Canteen
At the start of 2021, AWB was engaged to complete upgrades to the City of Stirling Canteen. This included moving of all GPO power outlets, data and volume control switches to a minimum of 1350 mm above floor level to accommodate the proposed new seating arrangement. AWB installed the booth seating, including tables, frames VJ linings and metalwork. A low sheen cleaning and polishing of the floors also took place on completion.

Delivering works in operational schools, hospitals, offices, and public spaces with minimal disruption to occupants and services.
Environmental & Site Controls
Dust suppression, noise mitigation, waste management, and secure site access to protect people and property.
Final Clearance & Occupancy Certification
Coordination with Licensed Asbestos Assessors and Occupational Hygienists to obtain clearance certificates and occupancy permits before re-entry.
Defect Rectification & Handover
Final inspections, punch list resolution, and delivery of completion documentation including warranties and maintenance guidance.
