Refurbishment Works – Eden Hill
AWB Co. was engaged to deliver comprehensive refurbishment works in Eden Hill, as part of the SHERP (Social Housing Economic Recovery program) in partnership with Downer. This project involved a full upgrade of the property to meet modern standards of safety, accessibility, and comfort.
The scope of works included internal modifications, structural repairs, and compliance upgrades tailored to the needs of the Department of Communities. With a total project value of $71,766.04, AWB Co. successfully delivered the works under the leadership of our Contract Services team.
Our team coordinated closely with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Delivering works in operational schools, hospitals, offices, and public spaces with minimal disruption to occupants and services.
Environmental & Site Controls
Dust suppression, noise mitigation, waste management, and secure site access to protect people and property.
Final Clearance & Occupancy Certification
Coordination with Licensed Asbestos Assessors and Occupational Hygienists to obtain clearance certificates and occupancy permits before re-entry.
Defect Rectification & Handover
Final inspections, punch list resolution, and delivery of completion documentation including warranties and maintenance guidance.
