Baptist Care – Margaret River Retirement Village
AWB Co. was engaged by Baptistcare to deliver ongoing refurbishment works at Yalambee Village in Mundaring, with recent projects including the full upgrade of Unit 4. The scope of work encompassed comprehensive kitchen and ensuite refurbishments, including plumbing alterations, installation of new cabinetry, appliances, tiling, waterproofing, and vinyl flooring. AWB also supplied and installed new air conditioning and window coverings, and relocated nurse call systems to suit the updated layout. These works were delivered within a live aged care environment, with zero lost time injuries and full compliance to safety and quality standards. AWB’s broader engagement with Baptistcare spans reactive and preventative maintenance, minor quoted works, and larger-scale refurbishments across WA, supported by dedicated supervision and a responsive delivery model.

Final inspections, punch list resolution, and delivery of completion documentation including warranties and maintenance guidance.
