Balga Cricket Club Verandah
Project Overview
AWB Co. was engaged by the City of Stirling to deliver a spectator viewing platform upgrade at Balga Cricket Club, designed to enhance community access and comfort during sporting events. The scope of works included the design, fabrication, and installation of a freestanding gable roof structure measuring approximately 22.9m x 10.0m x 3.5m high, with insulated roofing to provide year-round weather protection. AWB coordinated temporary fencing, protection of existing paving, and ensured compliance with site-specific requirements and accessibility standards. Drawing on experience from similar projects, AWB delivered a durable and functional outdoor facility tailored to the needs of local spectators and stakeholders.

Final Clearance & Occupancy Certification
Coordination with Licensed Asbestos Assessors and Occupational Hygienists to obtain clearance certificates and occupancy permits before re-entry.
Defect Rectification & Handover
Final inspections, punch list resolution, and delivery of completion documentation including warranties and maintenance guidance.
